Deadlines:
The deadline for space reservations and advertising materials is one week before the date of publication.
Payment:
Please enclose payment with advertising. If necessary, advertising will be billed during the week following publication. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Artwork:
In electronic format, advertisements will be accepted as PageMaker files, or in the following file types: .eps, .gif, .tif, .jpeg. Please submit materials via email to . Please note that we will not accept .doc or word processor ads.
Discounts:
Discounts of 10% are available to advertisers who place ads running in three or more issues consecutively. We offer additional discounts to administrator and school groups. Refer to ad rates below.
Classified Ad Rates:
$0.10 per word per week for classified ads.
Please submit classified ads by email or hard copy exactly as you wish it to appear.
